Cherished grandmother of Mark St.Clair, Laura St, Clair, Danielle (Antwan) Candler; Jillian (Jim) Jacobsen, Nicholas Ostrowski, Margaret Ostrowski and Andrew Ostrowski. Dear great grandmother of Evan Jacobsen. Preceded in death by her parents Nick and Rose and brothers Clarence and Leonard Polum. Survived by her brother Emmett Polum and sisters Virginia Burclaw, Eleanore Kutella, Delores Figie and Janice Stoltenberg. Many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central rd., at Northwest Hwy., Mt. Prospect. Visitation Wednesday 9:30 AM until Mass 10:30 AM at St. Raymond de Penafort Church, Elmhurst Rd. (Rt.83) at Lincoln St., Mt. Prospect. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
